Feline Fine Dining Group is the creation of Chef Beauregard ‘Beau’ Pawsworth, a man (cat) who first understood butter at nine weeks old and has been chasing that feeling ever since. Today the group operates two restaurants: Le Saumon, a two star tasting room on Harbour Street, and Trattoria Whisker, a warm family dining room on Maple Row.
Together we serve 38,000 covers a season, employ 94 chefs, waiters and apprentices, and use an alarming amount of anchovy. Our kitchens are guided by three principles: salt early, treat the fish with reverence and never, ever serve cucumber.
We also design a small line of aprons, mugs and gifts, for those who wish to bring a little of the kitchen home.
